Sequoia Height Control Restricted

Thanks for the tip! Where exactly are these leveling sensors located? And what does the control rod look like? Never messed with those before.

Okay, so on your Sequoia, those sensors are typically mounted near each wheel, usually on the upper control arm or the frame. The control rod is a small linkage connecting the sensor arm to the suspension. If it is broken, it affects the reading from the height sensor which then messes up the height adjustment. With those symptoms and the error code, that defective control rod on the sensor is a likely culprit. With only 70000 km I would suggest a visit to the workshop.

Thanks a bunch for the help! Took your advice and brought it in. Turns out it was the control rod on the height sensor, just like you said. Repair cost me 110€. Appreciate the quick diagnosis!

Sounds frustrating! Uneven height and a bumpy ride definitely point to suspension issues. Does it feel like it's only one corner that's off, or the whole axle? Have you checked the leveling sensors? Sometimes a simple visual inspection can reveal a broken or disconnected control rod. That could throw off the whole system.
