Cheers. You mean like, the battery terminals themselves? Worth a look before I call someone out?

Precisely. Think of it like a garden hose – if the connection to the tap is loose, you won't get any water, same thing. Even if they look okay, try disconnecting, cleaning them thoroughly (wire brush is your friend), and reconnecting tightly. If still no joy, could be something else, but easy to rule out.

You legend! Gave the battery connections a good clean and tighten, and it fired right up. Workshop confirmed it was dodgy connection and charged me 155€ for sorting it. Saved me a fortune. Cheers!

Electrical gremlins can be tricky. Had similar starting issues with my 2018 Renault Koleos, though it's apples and oranges really, different beast altogether. With mine, turned out cable connections of the battery where not good, maybe check that?
