Thanks. I hadn't considered the 12V battery. Could a weak 12V battery cause such system-wide issues, including engine shutdowns and power reduction, even if the hybrid system's main battery is functional?

Yes. A faulty or weak 12V battery can cause those issues. The hybrid system relies on it, and anomalies can lead to errors. Have it checked at a certified workshop; electrical faults in hybrids can be tricky.

Thanks for confirming that. I had the 12V battery assessed at a workshop. It was heavily discharged and defective. Replacing it for 290€ resolved the high-voltage system error. I appreciate it.

I have a Nissan Serena, not the latest model, and your symptoms sound familiar. Did you check the 12V battery's condition? A discharged or defective auxiliary battery can trigger high-voltage system errors because it's critical in initializing the hybrid system.
