Siena ABS and Steering Problems
Summary of the thread
A 2001 Fiat Siena owner experienced issues with the low tire pressure warning, ABS lamp, and vibrating steering, indicating potential power steering failure. Despite checking tire pressure, the problems persisted. A suggestion was made that a defective tire valve could be the cause. After visiting a workshop, it was confirmed that the defective valve was indeed responsible for the ABS and power steering issues, and the problem was resolved.

Yeah, the tire monitoring system is going nuts. What was your solution? Just a punctured tire?

Definitely not just a punctured tire. The defective valve was messing with the ABS and power steering. Get it checked at a workshop. Better safe than sorry.

Thanks for the heads-up! Took it to the shop, and you were right. Defective valve it was. Cost me 280€ to get it sorted. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I had similar issues with my Siena. Was the tire monitoring system acting up, too?
