Thanks for the reply. It's completely dead, no function at all. Where exactly is the control module located? I'd like to give the connections a look before I take it in.

Mine was totally dead as well. Honestly, without the proper diagnostic tools, it's tough to pinpoint. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They can properly diagnose if it's a faulty ultrasonic sensor, radar sensor, or a proximity sensor issue. Could be a short somewhere too.

I have a Sienna too, and I had a similar issue with the parking assist a while back. Was it completely dead, or just intermittent? Did you check the control module for any visible damage or corrosion around the connectors?
