I checked the fuses, they seem fine. Didn't try the battery trick, though. When you say 'similar,' was it the exact same issue? Like, error code and no adjustment?

Yep, same symptoms: error stored and no adjustment whatsoever. Turned out to be a dodgy cable or connector according to the workshop, but I couldn't find it myself. Honestly, if it's the same, save yourself the headache and get it checked by a pro. Cost me like 95€.

Thanks a million for the advice! Sounds like it's beyond my limited skills. I'll bite the bullet and take it to the shop. Hopefully, it's just a cable like yours was!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I had something similar happen in my Silverado. Drove me nuts for a while. Did you check all the basic stuff, like fuses and maybe try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to reset things?
