Yeah, it was the motor. I tried fixing it myself but it's a pain to get to. Ended up taking it to a shop. Save yourself the headache and just get it checked out.

Took your advice and had a technician look at it. It was the motor. Cost me 330€, which seems fair enough. Thanks for the help!

I had a similar problem with the sunshade on my Silverado. Check the connection to the motor first, might be loose. Otherwise, it's probably the motor.
