Skoda Citigo e IV Fault Code

My 2020 Skoda Citigo-e IV is throwing a fault code. Engine power is down, and there's an error stored in the error memory. I suspect it might be dodgy chip tuning from a third-party. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Reduced power and a fault code sounds familiar. I had something similar with my Citigo. Did you get a car diagnostic done? What diagnostic code did it throw?

Yeah, I ran a scan tool and it threw a fault code related to the engine. You think it's definitely the chip tuning? Was your engine issue identical?

It does sound like my problem. Reverting the chip tuning sorted it completely. Definitely get it checked professionally, but that would be my first guess.

Got it sorted. It was indeed the chip tuning causing the diagnostic code issue. Reverted it, cost 180€ to fix.
