Skoda Citigo Electric Massage Seat Problem
Summary of the thread
The massage seat in a 2020 Skoda Citigo electric stopped working, with an error stored in the memory. The issue was suspected to be a cable or plug connection problem. A similar case revealed that the fault was due to a defective cable to the seat switch. The recommended solution was to have a professional check and repair the wiring, which resolved the problem.

Interesting. When you had this issue, did the whole seat switch stop working, or just the massage function? Was it difficult to access the cable and plug connection?

Yes, in my case, it was just the massage function that failed. The other seat controls were still working fine. I didn't try to fix it myself, I'm not that confident with electrics. I took it to a workshop, and they said the cable to the seat switch was faulty. If you're not comfortable checking the wiring yourself, I'd recommend taking it to a professional.

I took my Citigo to the workshop, and they confirmed it was a defective cable to the massage seat switch, just like you said. 95€ later and it's working perfectly again. Thanks a lot for your help!

I had a similar problem with my massage chair in my Citigo. Is the error message you're getting a general electrical fault, or does it specifically mention the seat motor or switch?
