Skoda Citigo Electric Massage Seat Problem

I'm having a problem with the massage seat in my 2020 Skoda Citigo electric. The massage function suddenly stopped working. I checked the error memory, and there's an error stored. I suspect it's a cable or plug connection issue. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a common fault for a car like this?

Yes, in my case, it was just the massage function that failed. The other seat controls were still working fine. I didn't try to fix it myself, I'm not that confident with electrics. I took it to a workshop, and they said the cable to the seat switch was faulty. If you're not comfortable checking the wiring yourself, I'd recommend taking it to a professional.

I took my Citigo to the workshop, and they confirmed it was a defective cable to the massage seat switch, just like you said. 95€ later and it's working perfectly again. Thanks a lot for your help!
