Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, the car radio reception is terrible, full of signal interference. Where exactly was the issue with your Fabia, and how did you figure it out? Any specific cables or areas I should be looking at?

Yep, sounds exactly like what I went through! The problem was with the bumper antenna connection. It's like a tiny wire that controls so much! Honestly, I wouldn't recommend poking around too much if you're not comfortable. I ended up taking mine to a workshop. They located the faulty connection pretty quickly. Saved me a lot of headache in the long run.

Just wanted to say I took the Fabia to a workshop, and you were right! It was indeed a faulty connection to the bumper antenna. They sorted out the cable and plug, and now everything's working perfectly again. Cost me about 95€. Thanks for your help!

Whoa, sounds like a frustrating situation! I had something similar happen with my Fabia. The car radio started acting up, and then the remote locking went haywire. Is your car radio reception bad too? Have you checked the basics like fuses?
