Skoda Fabia Coolant Loss Issue

Good questions! It does seem to be losing coolant faster than it should. I did a quick check of the radiator hoses, but didn't see anything obvious. But where exactly should I be looking for those 'signs of weeping'? And is it possible that it could be just air pockets in the system?

When mine was losing coolant, it was hard to spot the leak at first. It was a tiny crack in one of the hoses, and the coolant was evaporating quickly. It did trigger the check engine light. I'd suggest having a workshop pressure test the system. Could save you a lot of headache worrying about the head gasket. By the way, did you check your engine oil if it is milky? Hope it helps!

Took it to the workshop, and you were right! They found a defective plug connection. 95€ later, and it's all sorted. Thanks again for the help!

Low coolant, huh? I had something similar with my Fabia. Is it losing coolant quickly? Have you checked the radiator hoses for any leaks or signs of weeping? How old is your radiator fluid? Just thinking out loud, you know?
