Skoda Fabia cooling issue

I'm having a strange issue with my 2021 Skoda Fabia with a Gasoline engine. It has a lot of km on the clock. Lately, the temperature display acts up, the check engine light is on, and the engine takes forever to reach operating temperature. I suspect a cooling grille problem, maybe leading to a radiator blockage. Could this be a fuse issue affecting the cooling system's airflow?
