Skoda Kamiq Audio System Failure

I'm experiencing an issue with my 2023 Skoda Kamiq with a gasoline engine. The mileage is currently at 190061 km. The audio system is completely dead, there is no sound. The navigation system is also non-functional. An error is stored in the error memory, which indicates a MOST bus fault. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
