Skoda Kamiq Headlight Washer Problem Solved

My 2021 Skoda Kamiq with a diesel engine is giving me headaches. The headlight cleaning system is no longer working. The windshield washer is also affected; no fluid comes out. I've checked the fuses, and they seem fine. The car has a lot of kilometers on the clock. Could this be a faulty pump or a relay issue? I've read something about potential problems with the cable connection. Any ideas before I take it to the shop? The car has LED headlights if that makes any difference. I suspect this is not Xenon related.

I also own a Kamiq, and I experienced a similar issue with the headlight cleaning system. It turned out to be a clog in the line, which also affected the windshield washer. Have you checked for any blockages or kinks in the hoses leading to the headlight washers?

Interesting, thanks. Where exactly was the clog located in your case? I visually inspected the hoses, but I didn't find anything obvious. Could it be something further upstream, maybe near the pump itself?

In my case, the clog was near the pump. Given that both your headlight and windshield washers are affected, a defective cable connection to the pump or the relay seems like a strong possibility. If you are not comfortable diagnosing it yourself, I would recommend taking it to a workshop to have it checked out.

Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on. The cable connection to the pump was defective. They replaced it, and the headlight cleaning system and windshield washer are working again. Total cost was 165€. Thanks for your help!
