Skoda Kamiq Windshield Wipers Not Working

My Skoda Kamiq, build year is 2023, gasoline engine, has a problem: the windshield wipers aren't working. Nothing happens when I use the switch. I scanned for errors and there's something stored about the wipers, but I can't figure it out. I think it's a cable or plug issue. I read the repair might be around 95€. Has anyone had this?

I had similar wiper issues last year on my Kamiq. The wipers would stop randomly, and sometimes the cruise control too. I got an error message as well. Could it be the wiper switch or a module? Did you check the fuses?

Cruise control too? I haven't seen that. Where was the wiper problem exactly? Was it hard to diagnose? I want to avoid a big workshop bill if possible. I'm not very technical.

Yes, the cruise control acted up at the same time. The wiper issue was the switch. I'm not sure where it's located, but the workshop diagnosed it fast. I'd recommend a professional. Electrics can be tricky, and you could cause more damage.

Thanks for the help. The workshop found a bad connector on the wiper switch. They cleaned it, and it's working now. Cost 95€, which is fine. Glad the wipers are working again.
