Skoda Karoq Air Suspension Problem

I'm experiencing a malfunction with the air suspension on my 2019 Skoda Karoq with a diesel engine. The vehicle can no longer lift and is leaning. The error memory shows a fault related to the air suspension compressor. The speedometer displays an error message, and the low beam is misaligned. There is also a warning light. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection, but I'm unsure how to proceed. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

I had a similar issue with my Skoda Octavia. The symptoms you describe sound very familiar. The car leaning to one side is a telltale sign. Did you notice any unusual noises coming from the compressor area before the complete failure?

Thanks for the quick reply! No, I didn't notice any unusual noises beforehand, just the sudden drop and error messages. When you had the issue, was it also related to the compressor itself, or was it something else in the suspension system, like air leaks?

In my case, the issue was with the compressor itself. Although, the initial diagnosis pointed towards possible air leaks in the suspension components, it turned out that the compressor had completely failed. Given your symptoms and the error code, a visit to a workshop specializing in suspension systems might be worthwhile. They can perform a thorough check of the suspension components and pinpoint the exact cause.

Based on the input and further inspection, I took the car to a workshop. It turned out to be a defective cable connection, as suspected. The repair cost was 95€, and the air suspension is now working again.
