Skoda Karoq audio system failure
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Skoda Karoq experienced a complete audio system failure, with no sound from the radio or media playback. Initial checks of the fuses showed no issues, leading to suspicion of a faulty car speaker, specifically the bass speaker. After consulting an audio specialist, it was confirmed that the bass speaker was indeed faulty and required replacement, resolving the problem.

Interesting, the auxiliary input... I haven't actually used it in ages. When yours was playing up, did the volume control still work, or was it completely dead? I've tried everything – radio, media, even Bluetooth audio connectivity – nothing is producing sound.

Yeah, mine was completely dead too. I fiddled with the auxiliary input, but nothing changed. It turned out to be a bigger problem. A workshop is probably the best bet, they'll diagnose it properly.

Just to let you know, you were right about the car speakers! I took it to an audio specialist, and the bass speaker was faulty. It cost 280€ to replace. Everything’s perfect now. Thanks again for your help!

Radio silence huh? I had something similar happen in my Karoq. Have you checked the auxiliary input? Maybe something got plugged in by mistake?
