Thanks! When you say check the electrical wiring, what exactly am I looking for? I'm not super familiar with car electrics, but I can usually follow instructions.

Yeah, in my case, the garage confirmed it was the blower motor. I'm no expert, but bad electrical wiring can sometimes cause the blower motor to fail. But if you're getting an error and no air flow at all, and you don't know how to check electrical wiring, it's probably best to get it to a workshop. They can properly diagnose the HVAC system.

Big thanks for the tip! Took it to the shop, and you nailed it – blower motor was kaput. New one installed, plus they checked the electrical wiring as a precaution. Cost me 365€, but at least I have air flow again! Cheers!

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Karoq. The air flow just stopped, and the HVAC system was throwing errors. First thing I'd check is the blower motor itself. It's responsible for pushing air through the vents. If that's gone, you'll get nothing. Do you know how to check the electrical wiring?
