Skoda Karoq engine issue

Help needed. My Skoda Karoq with a gasoline engine is acting up. The build year is 2022. The check engine light is on, engine power is reduced, and I'm seeing smoke when accelerating. I suspect it's a crankcase ventilation valve malfunction. Could this be the PCV valve?

Sounds like the PCV valve is gone. I had a similar issue with my Karoq. Check engine light, loss of power, and a bit of smoke on acceleration. Does it smell a bit oily too?

Oily smell, yes, a bit! Where exactly was the leak on your PCV? Was it obvious? Trying to see if I can spot anything before taking it in.

The leak wasn't super obvious without taking things apart a bit. It's worth a look, but honestly, with those symptoms, it's most likely a PCV valve malfunction. It's a common issue, and if it's leaking it can cause all sorts of problems with the engine. Just take it to the workshop.

It was the PCV valve. The replacement cost 360€. Thanks for the advice.
