Skoda Karoq Oil Pressure Warning

I'm having an issue with my 2017 Skoda Karoq, gasoline engine, at 154661 km. The oil pressure warning light is on, and I think the engine oil is contaminated. The speedometer is also showing a warning. Could this be from exceeding the maintenance interval?

Oil contamination in a Karoq is concerning. What does the oil look like? Is it milky or sludgy? Also, has the oil pressure been measured, or are you just going by the warning light?

The oil color appears darker than usual, but not milky. I haven't had the oil pressure measured directly; I'm relying on the warning light. Could the oil pressure sensor itself be faulty, or is that unlikely?

Darker oil and the warning light makes oil contamination more likely than a bad sensor, but I can't rule it out. Skipping the maintenance interval could cause this. I'd get it to a shop to confirm and change the oil.

The extended maintenance interval was indeed the problem, like I thought. An oil change and new filter, costing 165€, fixed the oil pressure light. Thanks for the help.
