Skoda Karoq Sunroof Issue

I'm losing my mind over this car sunroof issue. I have a 2019 Skoda Karoq with a gasoline engine. The sunblind is stuck halfway, and the whole convertible top is completely unresponsive. It won't open or close at all. The sunblind won't retract either. I suspect it might be because of some coding changes. Has anyone experienced something like this?

I had a similar issue with my Karoq's sunroof after some work was done on the car's electronics. The sunblind got stuck, and the sunroof wouldn't operate. Have you had any recent modifications or coding changes performed?

That's interesting. I did have some coding done recently to enable a different feature. Is it possible that the coding could affect the sunroof control even if it wasn't directly related? And how did you fix it?

Incorrect coding can definitely cause issues with the sunroof mechanism. In my case, the workshop had to recalibrate the sunroof control module. I recommend taking it to a professional who has experience with Skoda's electronics; they should be able to diagnose and fix it quickly.

Took the Karoq to the workshop today. The coding was messed up, so they recalibrated the sunroof. Cost 75€, and everything is working now. Thanks for your help.
