No performance tuning has been done. What does the reset procedure involve, and could a faulty airflow sensor cause this?

A faulty airflow sensor can definitely cause rough running, but the specific error code related to reset quantity drift compensation strongly suggests an injector issue. The reset procedure involves using diagnostic software to recalibrate the fuel injection after replacing or servicing the injector. I recommend taking it to a qualified workshop for diagnosis and repair.

Thanks for the help. I took it to a shop and they confirmed it was the injector. They replaced it and performed the reset quantity drift compensation procedure. Total cost was 515€. Runs like new now!

Rough running and a check engine light on your Skoda Kodiaq diesel? The error memory pointing towards a reset quantity drift compensation issue does sound like a faulty injector. Has there been any recent performance tuning or modifications done to the engine or the airflow sensors?
