Skoda Kodiaq Smartphone Connection Problem

I'm experiencing function restrictions with my 2021 Skoda Kodiaq, gasoline engine, mileage 167281 km. The smartphone cannot be connected, and there is an error stored. The system says it's likely an incorrect pairing. Has anyone experienced something similar and knows a solution?

That's interesting. I've heard of similar issues on other Skodas. Are you sure it's not a faulty cable or Bluetooth connection? Have you tried a different phone? Maybe there's a compatibility issue with your current device. Are the suspension and brakes okay?

Sounds like the pairing is corrupted somehow. I'm not entirely sure about the software side of things. It could be deeper than just a simple fix. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to get it checked. They probably have the right tools to diagnose it properly.

I have tested multiple smartphones and cables. The error memory always shows the same error. Drivetrain, fuel system and engine light are fine. Could it be a software problem?

The system needed re-pairing. Car diagnostics were 45€. Everything is working now.
