Skoda Octavia Rear Window Heating Problem

I had a similar heating problem with my Octavia, though I don't remember the exact error. Is the windshield heating also weaker? My rear window and demister were dead. Did you check the fuses first? Any other electrical issues?

My problem was a very discharged battery. Modern cars focus on essential functions when the battery is low. Get the battery checked before doing more expensive repairs. Go to a workshop.

Thanks for the insight. It was the battery, really discharged. Replaced it, and the rear window heating is working again. Cost 290€, but at least it's fixed for winter.
