Thanks for the quick reply! I tried deleting and re-pairing, but no luck. Bluetooth visibility is on. What exactly did you do when you had this malfunction?

Yes, that sounds very similar to what happened to mine. I spent hours trying to fix it myself, but nothing worked. Eventually, I took it to a workshop, and they told me it was an incorrect pairing issue. They reset something in the system. I suggest visiting a workshop before the issue escalates, as it might impact brakes or even the ignition system.

Got it sorted. It was a software glitch during pairing. The workshop cleared the error and re-did the connection. Cost 45€, which is fine. Everything's working now!

I drive a Skoda Octavia as well, but a slightly older model. I had a similar problem a while back. Have you tried deleting the phone from the car's system and re-pairing it? Also, is your phone's Bluetooth visibility turned on?
