Thank you for your response. Where is the fuse box located, and which fuse should I check?

The fuse box is usually near the steering wheel or in the engine compartment. The manual should specify the exact location and which fuse controls the windshield wipers and washer motor. However, if there is an error stored, it is likely more than just a fuse. I advise you to visit the workshop.

I appreciate your input. I took the car to a workshop, and as you suspected, it was a faulty connection. Repair cost was 95€. Everything is working as expected now.

I have a similar Octavia. A comparable problem occurred for me last winter. Did you check the fuse box? Sometimes a blown fuse can cause this. It's like a tripped breaker in your house.
