When you say 'similar issue', was it also related to the power seats? And what did you do to fix the seat wiring harness?

Yes, same symptoms. The error code pointed to the seat motor, but it was all due to low voltage. I didn't mess with the seat wiring myself. I took it to a workshop, as I didn't have the right tools to properly diagnose it.

It turned out the battery was the problem, probably damaged by deep discharge. After replacing it and clearing the error memory, the seat works again. The workshop charged 290€ for the battery and diagnosis.

PRAKTIK

Power seats in a Praktik? That's rare. I had a similar issue with my Praktik. Check the seat wiring harness under the seat first. They are often poorly secured, and a loose connection can throw codes. Also, wiggle the seat switch and see if anything happens. Could be a dodgy contact. Is the error intermittent or constant?
