Thank you for the information. When you say 'similar,' do you mean it was also due to undervoltage, or just that you had fault codes stored in the error memory? I am not very experienced with auto repair, so I don’t really know what the usual suspects are.

Right, sorry, should have been clearer. Yeah, mine was undervoltage too. Battery on its way out was the culprit. Honestly, unless you're handy with a multimeter and know your way around car electronics, you're probably best off taking it to a workshop. They can diagnose it properly and clear the codes. Playing around with the computer system without knowing what you're doing can cause more problems than it solves.

Thank you for the confirmation and advice. I took it to my local auto repair. As suspected, it was due to undervoltage. The car electronics technician cleared the fault memory and checked the battery's health. All in, it cost me 240€, which seems reasonable. Hopefully, this is the end of it.

Whoa, a memory lock? Yeah, had something similar with my Praktik, though I can't remember the exact fault codes. Car electronics can be a real pain! Undervoltage can definitely scramble the computer system. Check your battery, alternator, the usual suspects. Clear the code and see if it comes back. If it does, you're probably chasing a parasitic draw somewhere. Good luck!
