Skoda Praktik rain light sensor issues

A malfunctioning rain-light sensor could cause these issues. Has the windshield been replaced? Was the sensor calibrated after replacement?

Since the windshield is original and calibration is doubtful, bubbles under the gel pad may be disrupting the light sensor. Some OBD2 scanners have basic calibration, but a professional diagnostic tool is better. Take it to a certified workshop for diagnosis and sensor replacement.

You were right. I took my Praktik to a certified shop. They found bubbles under the gel pad and replaced the rain-light sensor. It was 62€, but everything works now. Thanks for your help.
