Skoda Praktik SRS Airbag Light Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2007 Skoda Praktik owner is experiencing a persistent SRS airbag warning light issue, suspecting a defective cable or plug connection. The problem is identified as a faulty connection to one of the airbag sensors. The recommended solution is to have the vehicle checked by a professional to ensure safety, as attempting to fix airbag issues independently can be dangerous.

Yeah, mine was constantly on too. Honestly, I wouldn't poke around too much with the airbags yourself – could be dangerous! In my case, the workshop diagnosed it as a faulty connection to one of the airbag sensors. Cost me a bit to diagnose, but better safe than sorry, right? Just get it checked by a professional. Is it worth risking your life? I don't think so.

Interesting! It's constantly on, no flickering or anything. And no other electrical weirdness that I've noticed. Where was the defective plug connection in your case? Is it something I could check myself before taking it to the workshop?

It was indeed a defective plug connection. The guys at the workshop fixed it for 95€. Now the SRS light is finally off, and I can drive with peace of mind again. Automotive safety restored!

Whoa, sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Skoda Praktik a while back. SRS light driving me nuts! Was it constantly on, or did it flicker at all? And did you notice any other weird electrical stuff happening?
