When you mention 'bad connection', do you recall the location? Was it hard to find? I'm also checking fuel economy, but I haven't filled the tank. I didn't smell fuel, but I might have missed it.

I don't recall the exact location, but the mechanic said it was difficult to reach. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They have the tools to diagnose it. I was struggling to fix it myself. I bet that's the reason why the error is stored.

I wanted to share that the issue is resolved. The workshop identified a faulty plug connection, like you thought. It was 95€, but the engine light is gone and it runs smoothly now. Thanks for the assistance.

That sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Rapid. The check engine light was annoying, and the engine kept stalling. For me, it was a bad connection in the fuel system. Has your fuel economy decreased? Is the fuel mixture off? Check the fuel filter and look for fuel contamination. Do you smell fuel around the engine?
