Skoda Roomster blower motor issue

I have a 2013 Skoda Roomster with a gasoline engine. The blower motor has stopped working. Diagnostics point to a sensor fault with the AUC sensor, or cabin air sensor, which I believe is related to the BMW AUC system, sometimes called an odor sensor. It seems like a defective cable or plug connection is the problem. The estimated repair cost is about 95€. Has anyone else had this?

I have a Roomster too. Had a similar blower issue. Check the AUC sensor, it might be the culprit.

Can you please elaborate on your experience with the AUC sensor? Did you also observe any error codes? Furthermore, could you provide more details regarding the specific symptoms you encountered?

Yes, same issue. Blower wouldn't work. I didn't get any error codes myself, but the workshop identified the AUC sensor quickly. They said it was probably a faulty connection. Might be best to get it checked professionally.

I appreciate you sharing your experience. It appears the suspected defective cable or plug connection of the cabin air sensor was indeed the root cause. The total expenditure amounted to approximately 95€, a figure I deem acceptable. Thank you once again for your assistance.
