Thanks. No obvious leaks. The coolant reservoir looks fine, no cracks. The error message pointed to a cable or plug. Where should I be looking for that?

The error code points to the sensor. On mine, the issue was beyond what I could fix. The plug was corroded, and the wiring was a mess because of vibrations. Unless you're comfortable with electrical work, tracing wires and replacing connectors, you might be better off taking it to a workshop. They should diagnose it properly and fix it without causing more problems.

Took it to the shop. It was a defective coolant level sensor connection, like the error code said. They cleaned the contacts and replaced the connector. Cost 95€, thanks for the help.

That sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my Roomster. Coolant light kept popping on. First, check the coolant reservoir itself for any cracks. Are you noticing any sweet smell, or a puddle under the car, especially after parking it overnight?
