I had a similar issue with my Roomster. The symptoms sound identical. It could be a faulty connection. Have you checked the wiring and plug to the sensor itself?

Where exactly is the outside vehicle temperature sensor located and how can I check the plug connection?

Yes, the outside temperature sensor is the culprit for all those issues, as the car uses that reading for various systems. Honestly, locating it and checking the connection can be tricky depending on your mechanical skill. I would recommend taking it to a workshop. They should be able to diagnose and fix the car temperature sensor issue quickly.

Thanks for the info! I took it to the workshop, and you were spot on. Turns out the cable to the outside temperature sensor was indeed defective. They replaced it, and all the systems are working again. Cost me 95€, which is a relief! Everything's back to normal.
