In my case, it was primarily the hoses connected to the manifold pressure sensor. The engine light was intermittent at first, and I did experience some rough idling occasionally. Ultimately, I took it to a workshop. They performed a smoke test to identify the leak. Considering your mileage, it is quite possible that you have a similar situation with degraded vacuum hoses causing idle problems over time.
