Skoda Scala Climate Control Problems
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Skoda Scala experienced a dead climate control panel, no heating output, and non-functional air conditioning, with an error stored in the system. The likely cause was identified as a defective cable or plug connection. After checking the electrical connectors, particularly near the temperature sensor, the issue was resolved by cleaning a faulty connector, restoring the system's functionality.

Where exactly should I be looking for these electrical connectors? Is there a specific area related to the temperature sensor or the control panel itself?

In my case, it was a connector near the temperature sensor, which affected the whole HVAC system. I'd check those electrical connectors first before assuming the control panel itself is toast. But honestly, with electronic faults like this, a workshop with proper diagnostic tools is probably your best bet.

Just got back from the workshop. You nailed it. Turns out it was a faulty electrical connector on the temperature sensor for the HVAC system. They cleaned it up and now it's working perfectly. Cost me 95€ parts and labor. Thanks for the help!

Sounds like a familiar problem. I had similar HVAC system issues with my old Volvo a while back. Control panel was dead, and the heating was barely working. Did you check the electrical connectors? Electronic faults often come down to something simple like that.
