Thanks for the quick reply! When you say 'dodgy injector', did you do any injector tests yourself, or did you just replace them? And was it always bad, or did it gradually worsen?

I didn't do injector cleaning myself, too risky for me. It gradually got worse over a few weeks, then BAM, one morning it was properly awful. I took it to a workshop, they did an injector test, and found one was definitely underperforming. They suspected it was leaking and affecting fuel delivery. They replaced it, and all was good again. I'd suggest an injector test before just replacing parts. It could save you some money!

Good news, the garage confirmed it was a faulty cold start injector. The replacement cost 515€. It runs perfectly now, even on cold mornings. Thanks again for sharing your experience – it really helped me get the right diagnosis!

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with my Scala, hard starting and rough running when cold. Have you checked your fuel delivery system? It could be a dodgy injector. It's like trying to run a marathon with a clogged straw!
