Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the air-fuel ratio myself. How would I go about checking that, and what should I be looking for? I haven't tried any fuel injection cleaner yet, is it easy to do by myself?

Checking the air-fuel ratio is a bit involved without the right tools, so I'd probably leave that to a professional. As for the fuel injection cleaner, yes, you can add it yourself to the fuel tank. However, if it is indeed a faulty injector, cleaner might not solve the issue. Given all the symptoms you described, including the stalling, it does sound quite similar to what I had. The best thing would be to have your mechanic take a closer look at the fuel injection system.

Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on! Defective fuel injector. Repair cost was 515€. Thanks a lot for your help!

Reduced engine power and rough running sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Scala, although I can’t remember the exact mileage. Did you check the air-fuel ratio? Is it running a rich mixture? When was the last time you changed your spark plugs? Could also be something as simple as a dirty intake manifold. Have you tried any fuel injection cleaner?
