Rough idle sometimes, yes! So, what exactly was the problem with yours? Was it a big job to fix? Did it affect the Air filter? I am just wondering if it is something I could tackle myself.

Mine had similar symptoms. I wouldn't call it a big job, but it requires specific tools and knowledge. In my case, the cable connection to the injector was defective. I would recommend taking it to a workshop. They will diagnose the issue properly. It could be unsafe to drive with a faulty injection system.

Thanks for the advice! The mechanic found a defective plug connection in the injection system, just as you suspected. Cost me 95€, but it's running smoothly again!

Sounds like you might have a similar problem to what I experienced. I had issues with fuel consumption and the engine stalling. Does your Scala have a rough idle too? Could be something related to the fuel injection.
