Summary of the thread
A 2019 Skoda Scala diesel with 100799 km displayed an oil pressure warning light, and the engine oil appeared contaminated. The issue likely stemmed from missing a scheduled service, leading to oil contamination. The oil was pretty dark. The oil pressure light comes on sometimes, especially when idling for a while. I have to admit, I missed the last service. Could that be what's causing this? What did you end up doing to fix yours?

Yeah, the late oil change probably did it. Get to a workshop ASAP to avoid engine trouble. For me, just changing the oil fixed it. I wouldn't use any additives.

I'm very grateful for your help. I took your advice and went to a workshop right away. They said the overdue service caused the contamination. An oil change and new filter solved it. It cost 165€. I'll stick to the service schedule from now on.

I had something similar happen with my Scala. Did you check the oil color? Mine was really dark. I also saw the oil pressure light. Has the oil been changed when it should?
