Electrical fault, huh So, bubbles under the gel pad could really mess with the rain sensor and light sensor Is that, like, a common thing

Yeah, could be. The bubbles interfere with the sensor's ability to 'see' properly. It’s probably sending incorrect signals, causing the electrical fault and all the other weird stuff. Honestly, I'd suggest taking it to a workshop.

Awesome I got it sorted. Turns out it was the rain-light sensor, just like you thought. New gel pad fixed it. Cost me 62€, not too bad. Thanks for your help

Sounds like a malfunctioning sensor to me. Is the error message specifically mentioning the rain or light sensor? Bubbles could definitely cause an electrical fault. I've heard of that happening with some car components.
