Skoda Scala tire pressure warning
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Skoda Scala displayed a tire pressure warning, with the driver noticing low tire pressure despite checking and inflating the tires. The issue was suspected to be a faulty tire pressure sensor, as the error appeared suddenly and persisted despite correct tire inflation. A workshop confirmed the sensor was faulty, replaced it, and resolved the error.

Thanks, that's helpful. I am not sure about the exact tire. The error appeared suddenly. What was the eventual cause in your case?

In my case, it turned out to be a dead sensor battery. The sensors have a limited lifespan. The error appeared suddenly for me too, like a light bulb burning out. If the tire inflation is correct and you're still getting the error, it's likely the sensor. I would recommend taking it to a workshop to confirm. They can read the sensor data and tell you definitively.

Alright, thanks. The shop confirmed it was a faulty sensor. They replaced it, checked the tires, adjusted the tire inflation, and the error is gone. Cost 280€. Appreciate the advice!

Sounds like a tire pressure sensor fault. I had a similar issue with my Renault Megane. Kept getting a low tire pressure warning, even after inflating the tires. Do you know which tire is showing the error? Did the error appear suddenly, or gradually?
