When you mention the relay, is there a specific one I should be looking for? Any idea where it's located? Also, just to clarify, by "hose" I meant the main line coming from the reservoir, but I'll double-check all the connections and smaller lines to the headlight washers specifically.

Yes, it does sound like a defective cable connection to the pump, a defective relay, or potentially a blockage in the hose. Given your troubleshooting steps, and the fact that both systems are affected, it really does narrow it down. Unless you have experience with electrical diagnostics, it might be best to take it to a workshop. They can properly diagnose the electrical system and pinpoint the exact cause of the malfunction. They will be able to check the wiring harness and make sure there is no damage or corrosion. You are welcome to try and save some money by fixing it yourself but proceed with caution.

Thanks a ton for the insights! I took it to a local shop. Turns out you were spot on – it was a faulty connection to the pump. They replaced the connector and did a quick check of the hose. All in, cost me 165€ and everything is working like new again.

Okay, the Skoda Superb's headlight cleaning system is integrated with the windshield washer system, so a failure in one can affect the other. Since both stopped working simultaneously, it points towards a common point of failure. You've already checked the fuse, which is good. Next, inspect the electrical connector to the pump. Corrosion or a loose connection there could definitely cause this issue. Also, check the relay that controls the pump. If the relay is faulty, it won't send power to the pump. By "washer fluid line" I assume you mean the hose. Make sure there are no kinks or blockages in the hose running to both the windshield and headlight washers.
