Interesting. No, I have not checked the fuses yet, but that is a good idea. Where exactly are the fuses located, and how can I determine if they are defective? And yes, the keyless entry is also completely dead.

The fuses are typically located in the fuse box, often situated in the passenger compartment or under the hood. Your owner's manual should contain a diagram indicating the specific fuse for the central locking system. As for determining if they're defective, visually inspect them for a broken filament. However, since your keyless entry is also non-functional, and given the error code, it might be more than just a fuse. It sounds like the car locks will need professional attention in a workshop.

Thank you for the information. I followed your advice and went to the workshop. It turned out to be a defective cable or plug connection. The error memory also indicated this. The car locks are now working again. Repair cost 95€.

That sounds remarkably similar to an issue I experienced with my previous vehicle, a Renault Megane, although it wasn't a hybrid. The car alarm would randomly trigger, and the key fob became unresponsive intermittently. Have you checked the fuses related to the central locking system? A blown fuse can sometimes cause these kinds of issues. Also, does the keyless entry function at all, or is it completely dead?
