Thank you for the suggestion. Could you elaborate on which fuses I should inspect? Do you recall experiencing similar symptoms related to the fuel level being incorrect on the car dashboard?

Yep, incorrect fuel level on the car dashboard was definitely part of my problem. The gauge would fluctuate wildly or just read empty even when the tank was full. Regarding the fuses, I'm not entirely sure which one controls the fuel sensor on your Superb Hybrid but I'd recommend checking the manual or taking it to a workshop. Better safe than sorry when it comes to the fuel system, you know?

I appreciate your assistance. It seems you were spot on. I took the car to a workshop, and after diagnostics, it turned out to be a faulty fuel sensor, which cost 52€ to replace. The car dashboard is now showing the correct fuel level, and the engine is running smoothly.

Whoa, sounds like a pain! I had a similar issue with my Skoda Octavia – the car dashboard was going nuts. Check engine light, stalling, the whole shebang! For me, it turned out to be the fuel sensor acting up. Have you looked into the fuel system fuses? A defective fuse can cause a sensor fault. Just a thought!
