Skoda Superb Hybrid Heating Problems
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Skoda Superb Hybrid is experiencing low heating output, with the cabin barely warming up. The error memory indicates a defective water valve, and there might also be issues with the cable or plug connection. The problem is similar to a broken thermostat, and addressing it promptly is advised to prevent potential engine overheating. Repair involves replacing the faulty water valve and possibly fixing the cable or plug connection.

Interesting! When you say car valve, do you mean the water valve specifically? And did you also experience the low heating output?

Yes, the water valve. And the heating was practically non-existent. I would suggest getting it checked out. It could lead to engine overheating if not addressed quickly. My repair was quite similar as to what you are expecting in terms of cost, but it's best to get a professional opinion. These automotive valve issues can be tricky like a bad fuse.

The workshop confirmed it was a faulty water valve. They also suspect the cable or the plug connection. Repair cost should be around 95€. Thanks a lot for your help!

That sounds awfully familiar. I had similar heating issues with my Superb and an error code stored. Might be the car valve. Seems like these valves can be a bit temperamental. Is your engine coolant level okay?
