Diversity antenna amplifier? Where exactly is that usually located? And how would I test it?

Yeah, that's the one. On the BMW, it was in the C-pillar, but on your Superb, it's probably near the rear bumper, since you suspect the bumper antenna. Testing it requires a multimeter and some wiring diagrams, honestly, it's probably best left to a workshop unless you're comfortable with that sort of thing. Just tell them you suspect the diversity antenna amplifier or a break in the FM antenna wiring. It sounds very familiar.

Thanks for the confirmation. I had it checked out. Turns out it was indeed a defective cable/plug connection to the bumper antenna. 95€ later and everything is working as it should.

Sounds like a similar issue I had with my BMW a while back. Same symptoms: keyless entry acting up and the car radio was basically dead. Did you check the diversity antenna amplifier? It's often the culprit when you have problems with the vehicle antenna.
