Skoda Superb Hybrid Starting Problem
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Skoda Superb Hybrid was experiencing starting difficulties, with the engine turning over poorly. The suspected cause was a Terminal 30 continuous plus interruption, potentially due to a heavily discharged or defective battery. Suggestions included checking the voltage drop at the starter motor and inspecting the wiring harness for damage. Ultimately, the issue was confirmed to be a defective battery, which was replaced, resolving the starting problem.

Could you elaborate on how you checked the Voltage Drop? What is a normal reading?

I used a multimeter to measure the Voltage at the Starter Motor while cranking. A significant drop below 10V indicates a problem. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, I would recommend a workshop checks for Electrical Fault. In my case, it was indeed a faulty battery causing excessive drain.

Thank you for the advice. The workshop confirmed it was a defective battery. Replacement cost was 290€, and the starting issue is resolved.

I had a similar issue with my Superb. Check the Voltage Drop when starting. Could be the Starter Motor drawing too much current. Also, inspect the Wiring Harness for any corrosion or damage. The Power Supply to the Starter Motor could be the culprit. Have you checked the battery?
