Skoda Superb Hybrid Temperature Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Skoda Superb hybrid is experiencing a temperature sensor heat exchanger error, leading to a warning on the speedometer and non-functional air conditioning. The suspected cause is a faulty air conditioning control unit. A similar issue was resolved by confirming the defective temperature sensor heat exchanger, with a recommendation to consult a workshop due to the complexity of modern systems.

Can you elaborate on your experience? Was the error message in the speedometer also present, and was the air conditioning control unit defective as well?

Yes, error message was identical. The air conditioning was completely disabled as a failsafe. From what you described, it's almost certainly the same issue. While you might try some DIY fixes, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. Modern systems are complex.

Thank you for the confirmation. The workshop confirmed the defective temperature sensor heat exchanger. Repair cost was 980€.

Sounds similar to an issue I had with my Superb. The air conditioning cutting out is a telltale sign. Did you check the sensor calibration or look at the engine cooling system? I'd also suggest you inspect the heat exchanger for any visible damage.
