Thank you for your reply. Can you please elaborate on how you identified the corroded antenna ground? What were the specific steps you took?

Well, I'm no expert, haha! The poor signal was the main clue. Then I wiggled the antenna, and the signal got even worse sometimes. A mechanic friend suggested checking the ground connection. I just followed his instructions and found corrosion. Honestly, with the error message and everything, you should probably take it to a workshop. It could also be the signal amplifier or some other vehicle electronics issue.

Thank you for the information. I took it to a certified workshop. As suspected, the antenna was defective. The repair, including parts and labor, came to 255€. Everything is working as expected now.

Oh man, that sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with my old Renault Megane, though it wasn't exactly the same. The radio signal was super weak, like almost non-existent in some areas. Did you check the antenna connection? On my Megane, it turned out the antenna ground was corroded. Just a thought!
